Accounts Payable Clerk 

Location: Santa Maria, CA Starting Pay: $23.00–$25.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday 8am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Assist the accounting team with policy and procedure implementation
• Prepare accounting documentation and conduct analytical reviews
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

What We’re Looking For:

• Associate degree in Accounting/Finance or 4+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience in accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
• Accurate data entry using 10-key and keyboard
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial concepts
• Excellent analytical skills—both quantitative and qualitative
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and independence
• Proficiency in Sage100 and Microsoft Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with domestic and international teams to resolve inter-company accounting issues
