Job Description:
Prepares and delivers instruction in introductory Sociology courses to a diverse student body. Provides regular and timely feedback to students and utilizes innovative classroom instruction to promote student success. Actively participates in all Departmental assessments and classroom management requirements. Morning, afternoon and evening teaching assignments may be offered on both weekdays and weekends.
Requirements:
*REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: *A minimum of a Master's degree in Sociology (or a Master's degree in a closely related field with a minimum of 30 graduate credits in Sociology) and one (1) year of practical teaching experience is required.
*PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:* PH.D. or ABD in Sociology preferred.

*POSITION EFFECTIVE:* Fall 2023
*SALARY & BENEFITS: $*93.84 per hour. No benefits.
