• High school diploma or higher
• 5+ years of relevant administrative experience
• Bilingual must be able to communicate in Japanese
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Strong personal initiative, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Flexibility to handle a variety of day-to-day challenges
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Strong MS Office Suite skills
• Familiarity with SharePoint
• SAP purchase requisition experience preferred

Additional details:

• Manage day to day facility support in the Pittsburgh, PA office location (to include new hire logistics, seating, badge system, mail, courier, office supplies, parking)
