Advanced CNC Machinist - 3rd Shift (Multi-Machine Expertise)

• 3+ years of experience (or equivalent apprenticeship) in operating CNC machines, manual mills, and lathes for precision manufacturing is a requirement
• Pay is up to $45/hour
• Third Shift is 10-hour shifts, 4-5 days a week (typically from 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
• Full-time, permanent W-2 employee

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:

• Interpret 3D CAD models, blueprints, and technical data to determine tooling and set-up requirements
• Monitor the production schedule and prepare tools, programs, and models for upcoming projects
• Use CAM software to create offline programs and set up CNC machining centers with necessary fixtures and tools
• Operate and adjust machines, ensuring proper settings for cutting depth, speed, and feed, while maintaining part quality
• Inspect parts, change tools, and troubleshoot or adjust machines as needed to ensure precision and conformance to specifications

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

• 3 or more years of experience or apprenticeship operating CNC machines, manual mills and lathes is required to be considered
• Completion of a Registered Apprenticeship program or an A.S. degree in Machining or a closely related field would be a plus
• Pay is up to $45/hour
• A solid work history
• A US citizen or possess a green card
