What You'll Do:
As you immerse in the rhythms of our workshop:
- You'll create a roadmap for assembly, ensuring optimal equipment utilization and strategic taskflow.
- Positioning and alignment become intuitive as you integrate components into cohesive structures.
- Adapt blueprints insights to discern Left or Right Hand parts, ensuring compatibility and functionality.
- Secure components tactically with bolts and clamps, paving the way for effective welding.
- Mastery in operating a range of welding equipment from arc to gas-shielded, achieving seamless welds.
- Combine your assembling know-how to conduct setup tests efficiently.
- Continuously innovate in repairing and refining products using reshaping methods when necessary.
- Employ an array of tools – magnetic drills, grinders, torches – to refine every detail.
- Collaborate and provide assistance throughout the workshop as initiatives demand.
Qualifications Needed:
- Proficient in interpreting tape measures and prints for accuracy.
- Capability to utilize squares and protractors to guide your craft.
- Autonomous and driven towards productivity.
- Exemplary attendance and the diligence to commit to overtime.
- Team-centric with a proactive collaborative spirit.
