Job Summary:
The Apartment Leasing Agent is responsible for leasing apartments to prospective residents, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with daily leasing office operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for current and future residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and online
- Conduct property tours and highlight apartment features and amenities
- Explain lease terms, rental rates, and community policies
- Process rental applications and perform basic screening procedures
- Prepare and execute lease agreements and related paperwork
- Maintain accurate resident and leasing records
- Follow up with prospects to encourage lease signings
- Assist current residents with general inquiries and service requests
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
- Support marketing efforts, including posting listings and maintaining curb appeal
