Rotation: Week 1 – Sun, Wed, Thurs | Week 2 – Mon, Fri, Sat
EOW & 2–4 Holidays Required

The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) is a skilled RN leader who supports nursing operations, quality outcomes, and staff development within a behavioral health setting. The ANM collaborates with the Nurse Manager to oversee clinical functions, staffing, staff mentorship, and compliance while ensuring excellence in patient care and team performance.
