The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Product Development Center (PDC) located in Wauwatosa, WI is home to the mantra – You dream it. We build it. Join our team as a Associate Retail Sales - Product Development Center.

Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate (RSA) is the first point of contact for PDC Employee Store guests and will be responsible for providing a positive, enjoyable learning experience for all guests. The RSA is an integral member of our retail team, responsible for day-to-day operations under the direction of the Lead RSA. The RSA will be responsible for imparting knowledge about our products/services to guests conducting sales, processing merchandise, contributing to a positive/professional team-based work environment and performing various guest-facing activities.

Days of Operation:

The hours of operation may change as we determine traffic patterns and adjust hours.

Tuesdays-Current hours 7:45a-4:15p

Wednesdays-Current hours 7:45a-4:15p

Job Responsibilities:

• Must be able to work 16 hours per week on average and fill in for Lead RSA in absence approximately 24 hours per week
• Requires outstanding hospitality skills with the ability to understand and resolve guest questions or issues
• Conduct guest transactions and interactions in a professional manner using a point-of-sale system
• Possess sales skills that will contribute to achieving sales goals
• Help maintain a neat and clean retail environment
• Must be willing to take direction from Lead RSA to assist or learn all facets of guest service and processing merchandise within our retail shop
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment while being fair, honest, creative, and positive
• Manage multiple duties simultaneously and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Education Specifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience Requirements:

• Two years of previous experience in a guest service or retail work environment.
• Ability to understand and resolve guest questions or issues while keeping the organization’s goals in mind.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
