AUTOMOTIVE DEAL COSTER

THE POSITION: The Coster processes documentation and cost analysis on vehicle sales, all transactions involving finalizing vehicle sales, including compliance identification of supporting documents.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 1 year of clerical office work and automotive dealership experience preferred but will train the right person.
• Knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds Software preferred.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Process sales staff commission sheets for payroll.
• Check Inventory to ensure accurate accounting.
• Take in and Receive/Post funds.
• Payoff Units.
• Upkeep Accounting Schedules.
• Assist with Vehicle Management.
• Ensure all motor vehicle paperwork is processed accurately.
• Audit retail deals for accuracy and proper processing.
• Other duties determined to be needed by direct supervisor.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
