About the Role

A Level Technician ASE Certified Automotive Technician - $140K + Performance Bonus, Incentives, Benefits. Are you fed up with working in shops that have outdated processes, unsafe tools, and disorganized environments? Do you feel like you’re stuck in a cycle of unproductive days with Service Advisors who struggle to sell and parts that never seem to be in stock? Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics and repairs on various vehicle systems, including powertrain and electrical systems.
• Utilize hand and power tools to conduct vehicle maintenance and alignments.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair needs and solutions effectively.
• Stay updated with industry advancements, including ADAS and diesel engine repair techniques.
• Ensure all work complies with ASE certification standards and dealership protocols.

Qualifications

• Technicians who are ASE certified (preferred but not required to start).
• Positive and self-motivated individuals.
• Team players with a growth mindset who seek a fulfilling automotive career rather than just a job.
• Individuals who excel in organized and clean work practices, are comfortable with auto repair, and eager to keep learning.

Required Skills

• 8 years of experience as an Auto Technician (Required).
• Ability to commute to Silverdale, WA 98383 (Required).
• Ability to relocate to Silverdale, WA 98383 before starting work (Required).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ADAS and diesel engine repair techniques.

Pay range and compensation package

• Pay: $140,000.00 per year.
• Competitive Pay Plans: Paid 50hr -70hr is standard in our 40hr work week ($140K + earning potential).
• A-Techs earn $2 more an hour for every 5 hours over 40 hours.
