About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced, self-sufficient Senior Backend Developer to join our global team. In this role, you’ll have the freedom to architect solutions while contributing directly to our live healthcare cloud platform . You’ll work on feature development, system architecture, and possibly even ML- and AI-driven integrations to keep our product at the forefront of the industry.
Feature development: Design, build, and maintain new platform features in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
Codebase ownership: Deliver clean, reliable code through bug fixes, testing, and peer reviews.
System architecture: Architect and refine scalable backend solutions.
Cross-functional projects: Contribute to side projects that increase product versatility and client value.
Collaboration: Communicate clearly and effectively with our international team.
Hard Skills
5+ years of Back-End development experience , with strong proficiency in Python .
Hands-on expertise with AWS and data warehousing solutions (especially Snowflake ).
Familiarity with React (for context in full-stack projects).
Bonus: Experience integrating Machine Learning / AI models into back-end systems.
Soft Skills
Initiative & Independence: Comfortable working autonomously and driving projects forward.
Accountability: Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for outcomes.
Communication: Fluency in English, with the ability to collaborate in a distributed, global team.
Full-time Remote Role: Work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection and laptop.
Aligned Hours: Flexible schedule during EST working hours (9am–5pm EST) with daily stand-ups at 12:30pm EST.
