**Bilingual Customer Support Representative** **Remote | Temp-to-Hire | Based in San Francisco, CA | $20/hr. | Flexible 8-Hour Shifts, 7 Days a Week** Adecco is assisting a local client in hiring Bilingual Customer Support Representatives for a remote, temp-to-hire opportunity. If you're fluent in Spanish and English and passionate about delivering excellent service, this could be the perfect role for you. **Top Reasons to Work with Adecco** + Weekly pay every Friday + Free upskilling through the Adecco Aspire Academy + Opportunity to be hired permanently by our client + Personalized onboarding support from a dedicated specialist **Job Details** + Location: Remote (San Francisco, CA-based) + Pay Rate: $20.00/hour + Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 7 days a week (40 hours/week, overtime as needed) **Requirements** + 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer service role (technology, hospitality, or grocery/convenience preferred) + Fluent in English and conversationally proficient in Spanish + Typing speed of at least 40 WPM + Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and tone adaptability + Self-motivated, independent, and a natural problem solver + Bonus: Familiarity with G-Suite, Slack, Atlassian, Salesforce, or experience in grocery/convenience **About the Role** You will support a growing shop and deliver service, working within a small team focused on live operations. Your responsibilities will include proactive outreach to delivery drivers to ensure a 100% delivery success rate.
