Education Requirements

Four year degree required with concentration in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Statistics or Computer Science, or similar.

Essential Job Functions

  • Evaluate and optimize current sales processing, forecasting, and inventory management workflows using data-driven insights
  • Design and implement BI tools and dashboards to enhance visibility into sales performance, market share, and operational metrics.
  • Analyze internal KPIs to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across the sales organization.
  • Collaborate with sales, inventory, and finance teams to align reporting with business goals and ensure data accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions to streamline recurring analytics tasks and reduce manual effort.
  • Support strategic planning by providing actionable insights from historical data, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Ensure compliance with OEM and partner reporting requirements through accurate and timely data submission.
  • Lead initiatives to improve data quality and integrity across CRM, ERP, and other business systems.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership through clear visualizations and executive-level summaries.
  • Continuously assess and implement new technologies or methodologies to improve reporting efficiency and business performance.

Preferred Experience And Skills

Certifications in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL)

Training in data visualization, forecasting, or statistical modeling

Experience with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)

Physical And Mental Requirements

Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be able to pass background check, physical exam and drug screening test.

Work Environment

Most work is conducted in a comfortable office environment but exposure to site conditions may also occur. Personal protective equipment must be worn in areas as required. Although the work usually is not considered inherently dangerous, employees must be careful while performing onsite services.
