Pay Range: $3500 - $4500 / Week (To be discussed in the Interview)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) with 8 years of nursing experience, including 6 years in leadership and management roles. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, oversee nursing operations, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while fostering professional growth among the nursing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all nursing services across the organization.
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure patient-centered care.
• Oversee nursing staff recruitment, training, performance management, and professional development.
• Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and other healthcare leaders to improve patient outcomes.
• Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Drive initiatives for patient safety, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment for nursing teams.

Education Required: Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration or a related field.
Experience Required: Eight (8) years of satisfactory nursing experience, six (6) years of which must have been in administration or management

Required Qualifications:

• NYS RN License
• BLS Certified through AHA
• ACLS Certified through AHA
• Covid Vaccination
