Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) with 8 years of nursing experience, including 6 years in leadership and management roles. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, oversee nursing operations, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while fostering professional growth among the nursing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Education Required: Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration or a related field.
Experience Required: Eight (8) years of satisfactory nursing experience, six (6) years of which must have been in administration or management
