Mission
As a Chief of Staff, you will be at the heart of our executive office, working directly with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives and ensure seamless execution across business operations.
Your role is crucial in enabling Banqup to achieve its goals through efficient stakeholder engagement, project management, and executive support.

Responsibilities
Supporting the CEO in reaching company-wide and business-unit-specific goals by identifying potential gaps, assisting in the development of action plans, and coordinating with the executive team to help drive progress.
Act as a key facilitator between departments to enhance cooperation and efficiency.
Work closely with the CEO to support key company priorities, including strategic planning, financial processes, and operational reviews
Oversee and organize executive meetings, including those for the Executive Committee, Investment Committee, and Board of Directors.
Key Accountabilities
Continuously refine and enhance company governance and internal processes, ensuring the right topics are addressed at the right time, facilitating productive discussions, and tracking follow-up actions.
Support internal and external communications from the CEO, ensuring clarity and strategic alignment.
Provide insightful, data-driven analyses and strategic recommendations to the CEO, CTO, and senior leadership.
Lead specific projects on key strategic initiatives as they arise.

Competencies
Languages: Fluent in English and French
Education & Experience: BA/BS or a degree in a related field & MBA is a big plus. 3–5 years of experience in operations, M&A, or consulting with a focus on finance
Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong reasoning, analytical skills, Strong Excel proficiency and process improvement experience.
Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to support executives, encourage accountability, and help manage board/executive communications.
Project & Stakeholder Management: Excellent project management, influencing skills, and ability to navigate competing priorities.
Mindset & Work Ethic: Entrepreneurial, proactive, resourceful, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Team & Culture Fit: Strong team spirit, enthusiasm for the company’s mission, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
