Compensation & Incentives

• Commission & Bonuses: Unlimited earning potential—typical first-year agents earn $60,000–$100,000.
• Renewals & Residuals: Build long-term passive income; fully vested after 10 years.

Requirements

• Must complete a professional background check and fingerprinting for licensing.
• Must obtain a Life & Health Insurance license (we’ll assist with prep and testing).
