We are looking for a Color Lab Specialist to join our Automotive Refinish team in Whitehouse, OH.

As Color Lab Specialist in the Whitehouse Color Lab, you will play a hands-on role in color analysis, mixing, and application of automotive refinish colors. You’ll be responsible for performing lab procedures, operating specialized equipment, and maintaining detailed records to support color matching work. Working closely with a global team, your expertise will ensure the accuracy and consistency of color formulae that drive our business.

During your X-hour shift as a Color Lab Specialist - Automotive Refinish - Whitehouse OH, you will be....

• Mixing and spraying paint samples using both manual and robotic application techniques.
• Conducting analysis of incoming color targets and compare results against digital color databases to determine color matching required.
• Performing routine laboratory tasks including sample preparation, testing, and equipment maintenance.
• Filing and organizing test panels and documentation.
• Supporting safety, health, and environmental standards in all lab activities.
• Participating in continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives within the color lab.

If you...

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have prior laboratory experience (a plus)
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standardized procedures
• Are comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Are proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel, email)
• Can manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
