Ambient Edge is a leading provider of Commercial and Residential HVAC and Plumbing Services in Nevada & Arizona. Due to our rapid growth, we are looking to add a Commercial Dispatcher to our dynamic team of Service experts!

The Big Task

You will evaluate customer calls and match the right technician to every job.

In an nutshell- the Commercial Dispatcher will be responsible for:

• Prioritizing daily commercial service calls based on urgency and profitability.
• Work hand-on-hand with technicians to relay key job information to ensure only the best customer service and proficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service by keeping them informed of appointment/job status, resolving issues, and promoting the Ambient Edge Brand.
• Be a positive team player- eager to learn and grow in our rapidly growing industry.

Requirements:

IF you got what it takes, we want to meet with you!

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required
• Customer Service experience a must! Bonus points if experienced in Service Industry.
• Know your way around a computer- Microsoft Office Suite, Service Titan
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communications
• Ability to build trust, diffuse conflict and hold others accountable.
• Personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 10lbs occasionally
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Bend, stoop, and carry
• Repeating motion that may include wrists, hands, and fingers
