SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm specializing in the Title, Mortgage, Banking, Financial, and Customer Service industries. We have a national title insurance client recruiting for a Commercial Title Closing Coordinator for a full-time HYBRID position in their NYC office.
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL ESCROW/TITLE EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED.
The salary range is $60,000-$80,000 and depends on experience. Our client offers great benefits, including health and 401 K. This is a permanent position upon hire and is NOT temp.
Commercial Title Closing Desk Coordinator: The candidate will provide customer service and clerical support for the commercial closing services division. Candidates will make and receive scheduling calls from lenders, attorneys, and agent customers. The candidate will review title commitments and will prepare closing bills. The candidate should know how to prepare fee policies and other documents as they pertain to the closing.
Candidates must have 2-3 years of experience working with a title insurance company, mortgage company, real estate law firm, or other real estate services company on the commercial side.
