Business Development Representative (Remote - U.S. & Puerto Rico)

Are you a motivated, detail-oriented professional with a passion for sales and business growth? We're looking for a Business Development Representative to join our remote sales team! In this role, you'll play a key part in expanding our market reach through proactive outreach, including outbound calls and emails to potential and existing customers across the United States and Puerto Rico.

What You'll Do:

Generate and qualify leads through B2B cold calling, email campaigns, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive business growth.
Work closely with the nationwide sales team to increase market presence and expand your designated territory.
Track and manage tasks using a CRM system to ensure seamless follow-ups and organization.
Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs, taking ownership of results and growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
2+ years of B2B cold calling experience with a strong ability to generate leads.
Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage prospects and build trust.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying motivated and results-driven.
Strong market research and analytical skills to identify business opportunities.
Highly organized with great attention to detail and follow-through.
Familiarity with the roofing industry is a plus but not required.
