**Job Title: Construction Worker** **Job Description** Join our team in the commercial construction industry where you will engage in a variety of tasks including operating machinery, cutting, measuring, installing, and building. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of offices, churches, schools, and new homes. **Responsibilities** + Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, and skid steers. + Perform carpentry tasks including rough and finish carpentry. + Conduct concrete pours and finishing. + Install doors, walls, and flooring. + Utilize hand and power tools efficiently. + Engage in demolition and drywall tasks using a tape measure. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in construction and excavation. + Experience with carpentry and heavy equipment operation. + Ability to use power tools and perform concrete pours. + Skilled in door installation, rough carpentry, and flooring. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with finish carpentry. + Ability to operate backhoe and skid steer. **Why Work Here?** This role provides an excellent opportunity to transition to a full-time position, offering a path for skill and career growth.
