About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Sales Specialist, your primary goal is to ensure clients receive top-tier support and guidance. You will communicate with clients virtually, explain their current benefits, and assist them in enrolling in new plans that fit their needs. What You'll Do

Provide exceptional virtual customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns.
