  • 5+ years of experience in data integration, ETL development, or data engineering, preferably in a healthcare or health IT environment.
  • Hands-on experience with HL7, FHIR, APIs, and other healthcare interoperability standards.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, data mapping, and ETL tools/processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client-facing projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and timely delivery.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly terms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience working directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to handling PHI/PII data securely and in compliance with HIPAA.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related data integration tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare technology, SaaS, or data-as-a-service environment.
