We’re looking for a Design Drafter to support our clients Power Generation business unit. If you’ve got a sharp eye for design, solid drafting skills, and experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation, this could be a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team in a highly collaborative environment.

What you’ll do:

• Organize and maintain engineering and construction documents—including drawings, diagrams, Word and PDF files.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and station personnel to locate, revise, and manage technical drawings.
• Handle submittal documents from third-party vendors and consultants.
• Operate both small and large format plotters for drawing modifications and printouts.

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years of drafting experience, ideally supporting engineering or construction teams.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation software.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to read and interpret technical charts and maps.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of construction and drafting principles.

Bonus points if you have:

• An Associate’s Degree (or equivalent hands-on experience that demonstrates your capability)
