Digital Marketing Coordinator / Specialist (Remote EST Schedule)

• Work Model: 100% Remote
• Strong preference for candidates located in the EST time zone
• Candidates located within 100 miles of the New York office are highly preferred
• Duration: 11 Months with possible further extension

• Work Hours: 40 hours per week
• Pay Rate: $32.14/hr. W2 All Inclusive

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Coordinator / Specialist will support pricing communications, digital content updates, email campaigns, and marketing collateral across multiple brands. Much of the work can be completed asynchronously; however, availability during standard business hours is required for meetings, collaboration, and project reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and distribute price lists and related materials for soft contact lenses and finished stock lenses with accuracy and timeliness
• Execute website updates and ensure ongoing content accuracy across multiple brand sites, including periodic homepage refreshes
• Support e-blast scheduling , campaign tracking , and marketing calendar management
• Draft, edit, and format sales collateral and presentations aligned with brand standards
• Support partner communications , including newsletter formatting , email list maintenance , and asset distribution

Mandatory / Minimum Requirements

• 2 5 years of experience in marketing coordination , digital content management , or similar support roles
• Demonstrated ability to write and edit copy for public-facing marketing materials
• Intermediate proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator (required)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 ( PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams )
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRMs (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho , or equivalent) preferred

Desirable Attributes / Qualifications

• Experience in multi-brand or B2B marketing environments
• Background in optical, healthcare, or consumer products industries (plus)
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Dependable, deadline-driven, and proactive in problem solving
• Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment
