PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Guide organizational efforts with clear, compelling communications with an eye for engaging both associates in the corporate office and in the field. Design and implement strategic internal communications initiatives that inform, inspire, and connect our workforce. Collaborate with leadership to translate company strategy into compelling narratives that drive employee understanding, commitment, and performance. Lead a team dedicated to enabling culture, clarity, and connection across the organization.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

 

Drive enterprise-wide engagement through communication initiatives by creating strategies in tandem with leadership that drive adoption, alignment, and measurable results across priority transformation efforts.

Oversee internal communications strategy and execution, ensuring consistent, timely, and engaging messaging across all levels and platforms.

Partner with executive and functional leaders to shape messaging, manage risk, and support organizational readiness for strategic shifts.

Manage relationships with agency partners and consulting partners, if applicable.

Provide internal communication support to market executives, system teams and other partner teams.

Direct and measure the organization’s strategic internal communications plan and sets metrics for internal communications. Analyze results and develop a standard reporting structure and cadence.

Develop, in collaboration with leadership, and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy that supports business objectives and organizational change.

Create clear, consistent messaging about company initiatives.

Manage multiple communication channels including intranet, email communications, digital signage, and in-person events.

Partner with senior leadership to craft communications that effectively convey company vision, strategy, and performance.

Serve as editor and content leader for company-wide communications, ensuring quality, consistency, and strategic alignment.

Measure the effectiveness of internal communications and continuous improvement based on employee feedback and engagement metrics.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

·Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations or related field.

Experience:

·At least ten (10) years of progressive experience in internal communications, employee engagement or related fields required.

·Three (3) years in a leadership role with relevant experience in internal communications

·Experience in measurement and reporting, with ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to support change management and communications.
