Insight Global is seeking a Disclosure Analyst to support one of our client's in the Richmond, VA area. This will be a 6-month contract with potential extensions - sitting onsite 5x a week M-Fri.
The Disclosure Desk Analyst verifies that mortgage & equity disclosure packages comply with applicable disclosure regulations as well as investor and agency disclosure requirements. Specifically, the role reviews mortgage & equity files for accuracy and completeness; monitors the disclosure desk dashboards and inbox for review requests; as well as preparing and delivering initial disclosure packages and re-disclosures to borrowers. This role maintains effective communication with members, business partners, and teammates to uphold quality member service.
