Erwin Electric is currently seeking an Experienced Electrical Project Manager to supervise a variety of commercial construction projects from Temp Power to Punch List. An ideal candidate will have prior experience in the field as an electrician as well as prior management experience in commercial construction. Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and implementation of all stages of the project from inception to close-out.
• Manage field operations; personnel, sub-contract scheduling, and material & equipment procurement.
• Identify, estimate, and implement all changes in contract scope. Track change orders and obtain written approval prior to the commencement of work. 
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly draw requests.
• Attend all job site meetings and provide effective and timely communication to customers, vendors, and field personnel. 
• Conduct frequent project visits and site walks to ensure quality, manpower, and safety goals are being met.
• Identify and resolve issues related to Change Orders, Requests for Information, Inspections, and warranty/punch list items.
• Produce Submittals, As-built Drawings, and Close Out documents as required.
• Develop and maintain effective project teams by providing leadership and mentoring.
• Conduct and/or participate in safety training, identify and mitigate potential job site hazards and work closely with our Safety Advisor to provide the highest level of compliance with our safe workplace program.

Qualifications

• Excellent time-management, organizational, leadership, and communication skills

• BSEE or Construction Management Degree strongly preferred
• Project Management Experience: 5+ years (Preferred)
• Electrical: 10+ years (Preferred)
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and specs
• Prior knowledge and/or ability to learn Accubid Estimating software for pricing Change Orders
• Prior experience with Bluebeam and/or FieldWire is a plus
• Strong verbal, written, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Compensation

• $75,000 - $95,000
