**Overview:**
Venture Smarter is a fast-growing consulting and strategy firm helping businesses scale through innovation, digital tools, and smart marketing solutions. We’re looking for a creative and data-driven **Email Marketing Specialist** to join our team and help us optimize our outreach and customer engagement efforts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
* Develop compelling email content, including subject lines, copy, and CTAs.
* Manage email lists, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
* Monitor campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize accordingly.
* Ensure compliance with email best practices and regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
* Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align email strategy with business goals.
**Qualifications:**
* Proven experience in email marketing or digital marketing (2+ years preferred).
* Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
* Strong copywriting and editing skills.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics.
* Familiarity with A/B testing and email automation workflows.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
