Job Description
Sharpcontra is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Coordinator to plan, organize, and execute corporate events and special projects. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of event logistics, ensuring flawless execution and memorable experiences that align with our company’s mission and goals.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate all aspects of company events, including logistics, budgeting, and vendor management.
Collaborate with internal teams to define event objectives, themes, and timelines.
Research and book venues, caterers, transportation, and additional vendors as needed.
Manage event promotion materials, signage, and on-site set-up.
Handle event registration, attendee communication, and post-event follow-up.
Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and health requirements.
Analyze event outcomes and prepare reports for senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project/event management tools is a plus.
