Join the Opening Team at Petite Edith Petite Edith is the newest restaurant from James Beard-nominated chef Jenner Tomaska & Katrina Bravo (the husband-wife duo behind Chicago's Michelin-starred Esmé). Located at the intersection of the River North and Gold Coast neighborhoods, Petite Edith is slated to open it's doors in early November. An elevated French bistro influenced by Danish functionalism, the menu promises to blend French technique with Scandinavian sensibility in an atmosphere that is unpretentious yet elegant.
We are building a skilled and passionate back of house team and are currently hiring for: - Captains
- Bartenders
- Server Assistants / Back Waiters
- Hosts
What we're looking for: - Ability to handle a busy service with grace & positivity
- Strong work ethic & attention to detail
- Friendly, professional & reliable team players
- Strong communication & hospitality skills
- Previous experience in an upscale restaurant or bar is preferred but not required for the right fit
