• Maintain parcels, road centerline, addresses, 911, highway, voter, planning and assessor data.
• Implement appropriate practices to ensure accuracy and quality of information within the system.
• Update, edit, modify, and create vector, raster and database resources as needed to accomplish administrative and informational goals.
• Provide regular updates to 911 Dispatch for Lincoln and Turner County.
• Design maps and applications for in-house and public use.
• Create administrative mapping for county offices. Develop project data.
• Implement current practices and innovations in the GIS field.
• Train GIS users on updates. Assist with GIS education outreach activities.
• Provide official election maps and lists for the Auditor’s office
• Collaborate on GIS related ordinance amendments.
• Assist public in use of web map applications.
• Interpret and provide GIS data for public and agencies.
• Answer inquiries and provide public with requested information via phone, e-mail, mail, fax, or in person.
