Job Description

Overview: **Job Status/Type:** Full-time, year-round **Position Level:** Entry/Mid-Level **Shift/Schedule Requirements:** Ability to work various shifts and days including nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs. ONSITE (Non-Remote Work) The HR Coordinator provides support to both Schlitterbahn locations in all aspects of HR, Training & Recruiting. Responsibilities: **Responsibilities:** + Assist in the management of the HR office functions to include scheduling, coverage, day to day functions, and professional development of all HR interns. + Oversee all uniform opertation to include inventory, ordering, and organization. + Assist with management of all HRIS functions for associates. + Assist with variety of employee relations activities. + Develop and supervise execution of various associate programs. + Train, supervise, and guide seasonal HR staff. + Other tasks as assigned. **Benefits:** + 3 weeks paid PTO which increases with seniority + Several medical coverage options to fit your needs best + 401K match + FREE entry to ALL our parks and water parks! **Perks:** + Complimentary tickets for friends and family + Discounts on food and park merchandise + Full-time and part-time employee events and gatherings Qualifications: **Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or GED required. + Advanced MS Office skills, including building and creating Excel Spreadsheets and writing formulas. + Meets scheduling availability requirements, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs. + Most Weekends during the hiring season (March-August) are required + Meets Six Flags Entertainment Corporation attendance requirements as outlined in Six Flags Entertainment Corporation attendance policies. + 2-3 years related experience + Must be at least 18 years of age. + Ability to demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. + Ability to utilize Microsoft Access databases. + Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work. + Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law. + Ability to pass a background check, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state or provincial law. **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to frequently sit, repetitive hand motion (such as typing) hear, listen, communicate, walk, stand, bend, climb stairs/ladders, walk on uneven surfaces, handle, finger, grasp, lift up to 10 pounds + Must be able to occsionally stoop, twisting movements of torso, crouch/squat, crawl, kneel, balance, reach overhead, lift up to 30 pounds + Subject to both environmental conditions. Activities occur inside and outside. + Subject to extreme heat. Temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of more than one hour.
