Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the installation of HVAC systems in custom luxury homes.
• Maintain effective communication with dispatch, management, and technicians.
• Ensure company vehicles are clean and well-maintained.
• Manage inventory and ensure all necessary tools and parts are available.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Assist in obtaining necessary certifications, with company support.

• Extensive knowledge of AC installations, service, and ductwork.
