Job Description

A corporate real estate team within a large corporation is looking to add an Interior Designer to their team! Job Description: + Implementation of design guidelines that support brand identity + Selecting (FF&E), finishes, and other design elements + Partner with external teams to ensure design solutions meet both aesthetic and functional requirements + Work with real estate and project management teams to develop conceptual design packages for presentation to leadership and stakeholders + Ensure designs are aligned with budgetary constraints and strategic objectives + Develop long-term design strategies for both customer-facing and employee-focused environments + Support initiatives that enhance workplace culture, productivity, and brand representation Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree + 8+ years of relevant experience + NCIDQ certified + Knowledge of applicable design codes including ADA + Software skills: Excel, Bluebeam, Revit, InDesign + Prior experience with workplace/corporate interiors projects Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
