INTERVENTIONAL CARDIOLOGIST

Central Florida Cardiovascular Consultants, P.L. d/b/a Florida Cardiopulmonary Center is seeking a full-time, highly-skilled, BC/BE interventional cardiologist with good Endovascular experience.  There is also an excellent structural heart intervention opportunity. The group consists of 2 interventional cardiologists and 3 APRNs.      It’s a cardiovascular practice that provides the highest level of innovative care, offering a full range of diagnostic testing and therapeutic services, including an accredited Echocardiography and Nuclear Medicine lab.  The practice also  operates the Florida Amputation Prevention Institute, with the goal of limb salvage in the community, utilizing a state-of-the-art, office-based outpatient catheterization laboratory for diagnostic angiograms and complex peripheral vascular interventions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• BC/BE Cardiologist 
• Peripheral experience preferred
• Office & Hospital hours
• Hospital affiliations: Advent Hospital, Orange City & HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital, Sanford
• J-1 waiver, H-1 and O-1 visas accepted

PRACTICE:

• Well-established physician-owned, private cardiovascular practice for 24 years with two offices and an outpatient catheterization lab.
• 2 interventional cardiologists & 3 APRNs
• FL Department of Health certified Level II, outpatient, state-of-the-art, cardiovascular laboratory.
• Accredited ECHO & Nuclear (SPECT & PET) Laboratory

The office is shared with a private pulmonary practice featuring a sleep lab, providing comprehensive cardiopulmonary services in the same location.

We work out of two offices in Orange City & Lake Mary.  The center comprises board-certified and well-trained physicians complemented by nurse practitioners and highly motivated clinical support staff. Most major insurance providers are accepted. The physicians hold active privileges at two local hospitals.

The lab is located adjacent to the Lake Mary office, where our patients can receive comfortable, one-on-one care in an outpatient setting with no overnight stay required.
