Position Summary

The purpose of this position is to organize methods and system of data control.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities

• Enter cost information into our Business Planning and Control System (BPCS) & Excel files
• Responsible for entering and management of data for Labor Operation System (LOTS) for productivity reports
• Track results of daily cycle counts in Inventory Record Accuracy Graphs( IRA)
• Calculate manufacturing costs for door and frame orders
• Provide support for annual physical inventory
• Place orders for required office supplies to Vendors.
• Perform other office duties as required

Qualifications and Skill Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in production operations, manufacturing or business management
• 1 - 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Be vigilant about safety
• Quality - conscious, oriented to excellence
