IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with deep expertise in IT procurement, vendor management, and large-scale RFP processes . This role is responsible for leading a complex IT procurement initiative from end to end, including contract review, vendor negotiations, and managing RFPs of significant size and complexity. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and highly skilled at navigating contracts and vendor relationships within enterprise-level IT environments. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire IT procurement process , from planning to execution.
• Drive and oversee large-scale RFPs , ideally with experience in projects valued around $500M .
• Review, analyze, and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure alignment with organizational requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with contract terms and service-level expectations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define IT requirements, scope, and evaluation criteria.
• Provide leadership in contract management , ensuring all agreements are clear, enforceable, and aligned with company objectives.
• Ensure procurement and RFP processes are executed with precision, accountability, and transparency.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in IT project management with a focus on procurement and vendor management .
• Strong expertise in IT contracts and contract management ; ability to conduct detailed reviews and negotiate effectively.
• Deep knowledge of the RFP process , including managing end-to-end execution at scale.
• Experience with large IT procurement projects , ideally with budgets of $500M or more .
• Familiarity with IT processes, requirements, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, with flexibility for limited travel.
