[Duties ]

• Assist the Project Superintendent, Project and Construction Managers in Managing All Construction Processes
• Collect All Project Information, Print Out Documents, Update Boiler Plate Bid Documents and Assist Project Manager with Assembling Bid Packages
• Assist in Project Close-out Activities: Obtain from Subcontractors , As Built Drawings, O & M Manuals, Punch List, Warranties etc..

[Requirements ]

• 3 years in a construction support role or Construction Degree/Equivalent Technical Training and Related Experience
• Ability to Read and Interpret Plans.
• Basic Understanding of Cost Analysis

[Details ]

• $55k - $65k a year (Depending on Experience)
• Projects are Typically on West Side of Cleveland
• Continued Safety & Awareness Training
