As a Junior Account Executive, you’ll assist senior account managers in driving client success and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day campaign operations.
Your day-to-day may include:
Supporting account managers with daily client communications and internal coordination
Helping develop presentations, proposals, and post-campaign reports
Tracking project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
Collaborating with internal creative, sales, and strategy teams
Monitoring campaign performance and gathering feedback
Participating in client meetings and brainstorming sessions
Identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and campaign outcomes
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented with a “can-do” attitude and eagerness to learn
Collaborative mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
Previous internship or work experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is a plus (but not required)
