Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Inspire: Manage, inspire, and train a team of dedicated staff to deliver outstanding animal care and customer service.

• Drive Excellence: Implement and uphold high standards of care, facility cleanliness, and safety across both locations.
• Engage with Clients: Build strong relationships with pet parents, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with a personal touch.
• Manage Operations: Oversee scheduling, booking, and inventory, ensuring smooth business operations and guest satisfaction.
• Promote Our Passion: Develop and execute strategies to grow our client base and increase community involvement.

Qualifications:
