Are you a detail-driven administrative pro with legal office experience? We're urgently seeking a Legal Assistant/Administrative Assistant to support a dynamic legal team in Harrisburg, PA

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in a legal assistant or administrative assistant role (litigation experience a plus!)
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite , Outlook , and PDF tools
* Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
* A commitment to confidentiality and superior client service
* Flexibility, reliability, and an upbeat phone demeanor

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-level administrative support to attorneys
* Draft legal documents, file pleadings (especially e-filings ), and manage correspondence
* Maintain and organize client files , calendars, and schedules
* Create and format documents in Word and Excel (including basic formulas)
* Handle clerical tasks: filing, scanning, answering phones, greeting visitors, and keeping the reception area presentable
* Assist with attorney time entries and manage expense reports
