Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive salary starting at $70,000 to $75,000
• Productivity Incentives:
  • Up to $2,000 annually in base productivity bonuses
  • $20 per patient for visits exceeding the quarterly benchmark of 240
  • Certified clinical supervisors may earn up to an additional $3,600 annually
• Eligible for federal loan repayment programs
• Negotiable sign-on and relocation bonuses
• Medical Insurance – Three-tiered options (up to 90% employer-paid)

• 17 PTO days accrued annually + 10 paid holidays

Responsibilities:

• Outpatient-only role focused on adults and children with substance abuse issues
• Referrals from primary care providers within the organization
• Manage 6–7 scheduled patients per day (1-hour slots)
• Collaborative team under the supervision of the Behavioral Health Director
• Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• EMR: eClinicalWorks (ECW)

Requirements:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida
• Substance abuse experience with both adults and children
• Experience working in outpatient settings
• New grads and registered interns considered
