Job Summary

We are see king a Logistics Specialist to join our team. The new team member will play a critical role in supporting the logistics team during the S4Hana integration process. This position requires strong SAP knowledge, the ability to support 3PL warehouses, and work closely with BASF warehouses to ensure seamless supply chain operations. The individual will be responsible for managing logistics functions, executing stock transport orders (STO), and addressing ad-hoc analysis requests, contributing to the overall success of logistics projects.

Job Description

• Provide strong SAP supply support to 3PL warehouses and BASF warehouses.
• Manage the RTP Logistics group mailbox and handle associated communications.
• Facilitate master data article extensions for the distribution and deployment network.
• Execute Stock Transport Orders (STO) to ensure smooth internal logistics operations.
• Manage the CASS Freight Bill Logistics Queue and resolve any issues.
• Assist with project support as needed, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Handle ad-hoc analysis requests, providing insights and recommendations based on data.
• Shift: M - F  8am - 5pm

Skills Required

• Strong experience with SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is mandatory.
• Ability to conduct root cause problem solving and resolve logistics-related challenges.
• Experience in working on cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Advanced Excel skills, including big data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.
• Experience in creating visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams.
• Self-motivated and proactive in identifying issues and solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education/Certification/Training

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Engineering, or related field (Other disciplines considered with demonstrated successful Supply Chain experience).
• 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing, customer service, sales, production planning, or SAP competency role.

Pay Rate

• $30 per hour and higher depending on experience and education/certifications
