Mail Clerk

POSITION – Mail Clerk

JOB LOCATION – Hartland, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1 st Shift, 7:00 A.M-3:00 P.M

STARTING PAY – $18-$19/hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – HS Diploma/GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – 1+ years mail department/letter shop experience

 

Position Responsibilities

• Operate various equipment as needed
• Perform manual assembly on projects when necessary
• Operate and perform light maintenance and cleaning on assigned equipment.
• Communicate with team supervisor on a daily basis
• Possesses knowledge of and remain current with USPS mailing requirements and regulations and be able to meet the requirements
• Keep accurate postage logs.
• Review daily production records.
• Coordinate and prioritize with team to ensure deadlines are met.

Position Requirements

• Must have 1+years of mail department/letter shop experience
• Must have USPS mail/mail order experience
• HS Diploma/GED required
• Exceptional attention to detail and great communication
• Must have great computer skills
