Position: Maintenance Manager
Location: Newmarket, ON, Canada.
Status: Full Time, Permanent
Responsibility:
Lead maintenance operations, PM programs, and troubleshooting
Work with PLCs, robotics, high-speed packaging, and flow wrappers
Manage plant layout changes, equipment upgrades, and new line installations
Oversee engineers, millwrights, electricians, and packaging techs
Maintain strong supplier/vendor relationships and ensure timely parts procurement
Requirement:
5+ years of maintenance leadership in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or high-speed food production
Strong technical skills in PLCs, robotics, electrical systems, and plant layout
Organized, confident communicator with great people skills
Experience with CMMS systems; AutoCAD/SolidWorks an asset
