Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations and support equipment-related projects within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for managing maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with cGMP and FDA standards, and supporting overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects related to equipment acquisition and maintenance to support the company’s operational goals.
  • Coordinate both scheduled and emergency maintenance, repairs, and equipment upgrades.
  • Oversee the ERP work order system, assigning tasks and preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to the maintenance team.
  • Identify future equipment and maintenance needs to align with business objectives.
  • Procure parts and materials necessary for preventive maintenance, routine repairs, and emergency fixes.
  • Support the development and execution of a robust Preventive Maintenance Program, ensuring equipment operates efficiently and remains in compliance with FDA regulations.
  • Contribute to the Quality Improvement Program by conducting investigations, preparing reports, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) related to production maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in a cGMP-regulated environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts based on business needs.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with maintenance management systems.
