Job Description

To reinvent an industry, you have to build the best team. Join Formlabs if you want to bring groundbreaking professional 3D printers to the desktop of every designer, engineer, researcher, artist, and manufacturer.

In line with this growth, we are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our team. As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for executing dental marketing campaigns, managing digital content, and enabling both our channel partners and direct sales team. You should be highly analytical, motivated, opinionated, and able to anticipate challenges while delivering effective solutions. Success in this role requires a balance of data-driven thinking, creativity, and quick execution to drive brand awareness and business growth.

You'll have the opportunity to elevate our dental business by bringing marketing expertise to an established team, shaping our social media strategy, supporting new product launches, and making a visible impact.

The Job

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and content for digital platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Manage and grow our YouTube channel with compelling video content.
  • Support and enable Tier 1 channel partners with marketing assets and co-branded campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the direct sales team to provide marketing support that drives lead generation and conversions.
  • Work cross-functionally with content, creative, events, sales, and product teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Support our product marketing team and play a key role in launching new products.
  • Work with Formlabs Key Opinion Leader (KOL) manager to drive initiatives with other KOLs across the globe.

You

  • Strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • 5+ years in marketing program management, preferably in a hardware technology and/or healthcare company.
  • 2+ years of experience with social and digital channels.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for designing innovative customer campaigns.
  • A deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for creating exceptional experiences.
  • Strong bias for action and ability to execute quickly.
  • Proactive, solution-driven, and able to anticipate challenges.
  • Strong curiosity about our customer base, product, and technology.
  • Goal-oriented rather than task-driven, focusing on achieving impactful results.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, BigQuery).
  • Experience working in the dental or medical industry.

Our Perks & Benefits

  • Robust equity program to build future wealth through RSUs
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision)
  • Low cost fund options in our 401K and access to advisors
  • Generous paid Parental Leave (up to 16 weeks)
  • Tenure-based paid Sabbatical Leave (up to 6 weeks)
  • Flexible Out of Office Plan – Take time when you need it
  • Ample on-site parking & pre-tax commuter benefits
  • Healthy on-site lunches, snacks, beverages, & treats
  • Regular sponsored professional development opportunities
  • Many opt-in culture events across our diverse community
  • And of course… unlimited 3D prints

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

Even if you don't check every box, but see yourself contributing, please apply. Help us build an inclusive community that will change the face of 3D printing.
