We are committed to our mission to improve lives because, every day, we witness the enormous impact of our efforts on the world around us. **Material Handlers(Forklift Drivers)** are responsible for the safe and efficient handling of product to support production, packaging and order preparation in a barcoded environment. - **2nd Shift M-F 2:00pm - 10:30pm** **$19.00 Hourly + $0.50 Shift Premium** - **Essential Functions:** - Will safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed to move material between semi trucks, warehouse and the assembly line. - Ensures all materials are labeled properly and will safely pack quality products to ensure they are delivered on time to the customer. - Will keep track of orders and dispatch shipments to meet the customer requirements. - Manages all materials to a FIFO (first in, first out) method. - Maintains the work environment in a safe manner and ensures it meets all 5S standards. Other duties as assigned - 1+ year Manufacturing environment relevant driving, supply chain and large equipment maneuvering experience. (Required) - High school diploma or equivalent. (Preferred) - Strong work ethic, attention to detail, good attendance. (Required) - Good communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the pay rate for this position, which is $19.00 per hour. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/quarterly bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 10% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures.
