Medical Coder (Emergency Dept) – Remote (#R10205)

Qualifications:

• RHIT or RHIA (AHIMA) required — CCS considered.
• 3+ years ED coding in a large hospital/trauma center.
• Strong E/M leveling + infusion/injection coding.
• Proficient in EPIC & 3M.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Code high-volume ED visits in EPIC/3M.
• Perform accurate E/M leveling & apply infusion/injection charges.
• Meet productivity: 7 charts/hour.
• Maintain ≥95% accuracy.
• Respond to CDI/coding queries promptly.
